Designer Armina Kasprowicz had worked with these clients before, which meant she knew their preferences inside and out. Trust was already there. “They wanted to upgrade and customize the space to better reflect their personal style,” she explains. “It was a completely blank canvas.”

At the heart of the home, a Valor fireplace anchors the living area. Its surround, finished with Tiffany Crystal Alabaster tile from Cercan Tile, adds a touch of subtle luxury. Layered textures and soft hues keep the space calm while still lively, echoing the coastal palette outside the windows.

The dining area continues the home’s nature-inspired theme with earthy tones and organic textures that complement the rest of the interiors. Thoughtfully curated furnishings create a comfortable yet refined space for meals and gatherings. Natural light filters through the windows, while a pop of colour from the artwork complements the space.
The Home Office: Sunlit Spaces That Adapt to You
For a room that balances work and retreat, sliding glass doors were installed. They increase natural light and provide flexibility for privacy when needed. This detail shows how structural changes, not just decor, elevated the home.

In the bedrooms, the clients’ sentimental artwork was carefully reframed to give each piece a fresh, modern presence that complements the new design. Natural materials like wicker and rattan, gentle pops of green, and softly curved furniture tie the rooms to the coastal surroundings. These thoughtful choices create spaces that feel both personal and inviting, adding warmth and character throughout the home.
